7 conspiracy theories that aren’t actually conspiracy theories

The internet and social media are wonderful places. They constitute a market place of ideas, but like any marketplace, some watches are Rolex and some are fakes. One could lament the fact that some liberals and globalists still use social media, but free speech is free speech. One has to take the inane with the profound.

State Department Urges Coroner To Keep Russian UN Ambassador's Cause-Of-Death Secret

Following the unexpected death of 65-year-old Russian ambassador to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin, conspiracy theorists were stirred up as the ongoing Russophobic Deep State war combined with the deaths of nine Russian diplomats in the last year raised many coincident-questioning eyebrows. Now, as The Hill reports, pouring further fuel on that fire, the State Department asked the New York Medical Examiner not to publicly release information about Churkin's cause of death.

Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich Warns Congress that CIA Wiretaps Are Real and It Happened to Him

Restive cerements of the left have given pard-like support for the CIA -- believing the motives of the heralded agency to be only just and honorable, in spite of all of the evidence suggesting otherwise. Hysterically, it was the left who've always been reticent about the motives of the CIA. According to a poll done by the WSJ/NBC, support for the CIA is soaring in recent months, alongside cognitive dissonance -- due to ephemeral dreams of deep state coups being plotted against the Trump regime.

Erdogan Calls Dutch "Fascists" After Turkish Foreign Minister Barred Entry

One week after Turkey president, and wannabe tyrant, Tayyip Erdogan launched a new diplomatic scandal when he accused Germany of "fascist actions" reminiscent of "Nazi practices" after various rallies organized by Turkish minister in Germany were cancelled ahead of an April referendum on granting Erdogan sweeping new presidential powers, he doubled down on Saturday after the Netherlands barred Turkey's Foreign Minister from flying to Rotterdam, to which Erdogan responded by calling the Dutch "fascists" and his NATO partner a Nazi remnant" as the scandal over Ankara campaigning among emigre Turkish voters intensified.

The War on Cash Finds Its General

The War on Cash is a war on anonymity, dignity, privacy, you. The planners want ALL the control. You? You are merely an ant in the great colony the planners think they “run.” Every transaction must be watched, measured, taxed.

Ex-CIA Boss Blames Millennials For Wave Of Damning Government Leaks

The CIA’s chickens have come home to roost as distrust of the agency swells amid recent revelations from WikiLeaks regarding the agency’s extensive spying and hacking practices. Rather than examining the problems inherent to the CIA’s extensive power to hack into smart phones, for example, the government has focused its efforts on a quest to discover who leaked the sensitive documents. In one apparent attempt to explain away the damning findings, former CIA Director Michael Hayden recently told BBC news that millennials are the weak link because they do not view loyalty and secrecy in the same light as previous generations.

    ‘Crime-Fighting Robots Aid Police’

Maybe someday it will menacingly order citizens to drop their weapons — or else, a la Robocop. But for now, the Knightscope crime-fighting robots, demonstrated for the University of Texas at Arlington Police Department and the media on Thursday, are limited to less aggressive tasks like scanning license plates for unauthorized vehicles or alerting authorities to people in restricted areas

How Orientalism pitted Hindus against Muslims in India?

The most outstanding feature of Islam is its history; if you study Islamic history, you would come to realize that Islam did not spread by force alone, it was the superior moral appeal of its peerless ethics that won the hearts and minds of medieval masses. For instance: Mongols conquered most of the eastern lands of the Islamic Empire during the thirteenth century, however, the Muslims of those lands did not convert to the religion of the conquerors: that is, the Mongolian Shamanism. Instead, the conquerors adopted the religion of the vanquished, i.e. Islam. Not only the Mongols, but several Turkish tribes also voluntarily converted to Islam. Such was the beauty of Islamic teachings and its sublime moral appeal in ancient times.

FBI Used Best Buy's Geek Squad To Increase Secret Public Surveillance

Recently unsealed records reveal a much more extensive secret relationship than previously known between the FBI and Best Buy's Geek Squad, including evidence the agency trained company technicians on law-enforcement operational tactics, shared lists of targeted citizens and, to covertly increase surveillance of the public, encouraged searches of computers even when unrelated to a customer's request for repairs.

Wikileaks Vault 7 Release Paints A Grim Picture For Journalism

Wikileaks’ recent disclosure of the CIA’s hacking and surveillance capabilities highlights a frightening new reality for today’s journalists. Considering the CIA’s penchant for silencing and intimidating reporters and editors, journalists will have to overcome greater odds to protect the public’s right to know.

Hundreds of Radioactive Boars in Fukushima Thwart Residents' Plans to Return Home

They descend on towns and villages, plundering crops and rampaging through homes. They occasionally attack humans. But perhaps most dangerous of all, the marauders carry with them highly radioactive material. Hundreds of toxic wild boars have been roaming across northern Japan, where the meltdown of the Fukushima nuclear plant six years ago forced thousands of residents to desert their homes, pets and livestock. Some animals, like cattle, were left to rot in their pens.

Parallels between Syrian Civil War and Soviet-Afghan Jihad

If we were to draw parallels between the Soviet-Afghan jihad of the ‘80s and the Syrian civil war of today, the Western powers used the training camps located in the Af-Pak border regions to train and arm the Afghan Mujahideen against the Soviet troops in Afghanistan with the help of Pakistan’s intelligence agencies. Similarly, the training camps located in the border regions of Turkey and Jordan are being used to provide training and arms to the Syrian militants in order to battle the Syrian regime with the support of Turkish, Jordanian and Saudi intelligence agencies.

The Conflict within the Deep State Just Broke into Open Warfare

The battle raging in the Deep State isn't just a bureaucratic battle--it's a war for the soul, identity and direction of the nation. When do the unlimited powers of the Intelligence/Security agencies threaten America's domestic and global national interests? The CIA and its political enablers claim the agency's essentially unlimited powers, partially revealed by Wikileak's Vault 7, pose no threat to America's interests, since they are intended to "defend" American interests.

It’s Edward Bernays’ Birthday, Here’s How His Propaganda Still Controls You

Public Relations, better known as advertising, is one of the most important industries to reinvent itself in the 20th century and most people actually know very little about it. It has changed the way we are governed and has laid the foundation for our materialistic consumer culture, as well as opened the floodgate for advanced psychological warfare. From propaganda to deceptive marketing, the field of public relations has allowed politicians and corporations to manipulate the desires and opinions of the working class. These practices were put in place so the ruling class could have better control over the much larger peasant population.

It Took $4 In New Debt To Create $1 In GDP

Bill Gross' letter discussing the credit deluge hitting the US came out at a convenient time: just as the Federal Reserve released its latest Flow of Funds report, which while most track to show the change in average household net worth - which is almost entirely a function of the stock market - we find it far more valuable for its nuanced information on the breakdown of US debt.

Abortion language in GOP bill draws criticism from both sides of the aisle

posted by askousen - Friday, March 10 2017
The GOP bill to repeal and replace ObamaCare calls for defunding Planned Parenthood, a step pro-choice lawmakers are blasting as government overreach and pro-life lawmakers are dismissing as far too little. While the American Health Care Act (ACHA) adds more than $420 million to community health centers that serve women, it prohibits -- for one year -- Medicaid money from going to centers that provide abortions. — /Fox News Fox News

Amazing: US Debt Decreased by More Than $60 Billion Since Trump Inauguration

posted by askousen - Friday, March 10 2017
...By comparison, under President Obama, the US Debt burden increased by more than $320 billion after his inauguration through March 8th 2009. Obama increased the US Debt by 3.1% during this time period and signed the trillion dollar 'Stimulus' bill which is widely considered a colossal failure and waste of US tax dollars as well. The failed 'Stimulus' did not kick in till later in Obama's first year leading to Obama's first year deficit of $1.4 trillion. Overall Obama doubled the US Debt during his Presidency and set records for highest deficits and the largest debt increase by any President ever. — /The Gateway Pundit The Gateway Pundit

America's Labor Market Is Getting Better by Almost Any Measure

posted by askousen - Friday, March 10 2017
America's labor market might not be as great yet as President Donald Trump wants, but by almost any measure, it's getting better. Employers added an above-forecast 235,000 positions in February, while measures of joblessness and underemployment improved, the Labor Department's monthly report showed on Friday. Wage growth picked up and the share of prime-age Americans in the labor force rose to the highest since 2011, suggesting the economy's strength is drawing people off the sidelines. — /Bloomberg Bloomberg

FBI Used Best Buy's Geek Squad To Increase Secret Public Surveillance

posted by askousen - Friday, March 10 2017
...Other records show how Meade's job gave him "excellent and frequent" access for "several years" to computers belonging to unwitting Best Buy customers, though agents considered him "underutilized" and wanted him "tasked" to search devices "on a more consistent basis." To enhance the Geek Squad role as a "tripwire" for the agency, another FBI record voiced the opinion that agents should "schedule regular meetings" with Meade "to ensure he is reporting." — /OC Weekly OC Weekly

Why does General Mattis want the female John Kerry at a top Pentagon post?

posted by askousen - Friday, March 10 2017
At first glance, it appears Patterson is well qualified for the position. In addition to Egypt, she has also served as ambassador to Colombia and Pakistan. But throughout her long tenure, Patterson not only fully embraced the policies of President Obama that aligned with radical Islamic actors and alienated Israel, but she also led the way in demonizing our allies and empowering our enemies. — /Conservative Review Conservative Review
