OKLAHOMA - PROPERTY THEFT APPROVED BY JUDGE

Oklahoma Property Theft: The Cimarron Ranch Debacle
Cimarron County, Oklahoma - In 2005, in Boise City, Oklahoma, Samuel Parker, manager of Cimarron River Ranch L.L.C. (CRR) and then ranch manager Roy Young, successfully bid on 24,000 acres of cattle grazing land managed by OK Commissioners of the Land Office (CLO) and agreed to pay $273,600.00 per year for the grazing rights. These grazing leases were taken from local ranchers whose families had held them for generations.....

LIBERALS WRONGLY INTERPRETING LAW

Race and Politics Based Law Enforcement
Infuriated, I immediately sought help from law enforcement to remove the squatters from my property. After inquiring about the race of my intruders, law enforcement accused me of racism. Law enforcement declined to assist me. I yelled, “These people are breaking the law! What about my rights as a property owner?” Law Enforcement scolded me, “Don't try to hide your racism behind the law!”.....

WHEN LIBERALS SAY, 'REPUBLICANS HAVE YET TO MAKE A JOBS BILL KNOWN, THEY ARE LYING

FORGET Barack Hussein Obama's so-called "Jobs Bill" -- We finally have a REAL Jobs Bill that cuts through red tape; makes the tax code simpler, flatter, and fairer; and tears down barriers to energy production!

While Obama was out campaigning all over the country for his so-called "jobs bill" -- which is really just another sure-to-fail "stimulus" bill -- conservatives in Congress introduced a REAL jobs bill.

Members of the Republican Study Committee have unveiled a bold set of solutions to boost our economy.

The "Jobs Through Growth Act", which builds upon the good work already done by House Republicans, is all about keeping America open for business. It cuts through red tape. It makes the tax code simpler, flatter, and fairer. It tears down barriers to energy production and helps lower the price of gas. In short, it creates jobs by growing the economy -- not the government.

LA FIRES COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED HAD DHS BEEN PROPERLY MANAGED

Submitted by: Donald Hank

We know he was having a dispute with ICE and that his mother was ordered deported prior to the arson fires.  Harry Burkhart, 24, was arrested Monday after allegedly starting 54 vehicle and home fires which terrorized parts of L.A. for several days.  He is reportedly an immigrant from Germany although his van has Canadian license plates.  We should get more details Tuesday.  Luckily no one was killed by this foreign criminal/terrorist.

LOS ANGELES –  Authorities arrested a German man Monday in connection with dozens of suspected arson attacks that destroyed parked cars, scorched buildings and rattled much of the nation's second-largest city over the New Year's weekend.

Voter ID?

Excerpt: Overwhelming evidence shows that voter ID laws help provide honest elections. Obama is trying to nationalize his Chicago style political chicanery of multiple voting, criminals voting, illegals voting and dead people voting to insure his reelection.

LIBERAL JUDGE ALLOWING OWS TO CONTINUE THEIR RANT

Open Thread: The Radical Lawyers Behind OWS
By NB Staff
NewsBusters.org

Following their eviction from Zuccotti Park early Tuesday morning, Occupy Wall Street protesters were already pushing to return to their newly cleaned campgrounds. Lawyers lined up to file a temporary restraining order, and a judge granted protesters the right to return to the park between the time of eviction and the time of Tuesday afternoon's full hearing. The judge who granted the order, Justice Lucy Billings, has a number of liberal credentials: she is a 1973 Berkeley Law School graduate and spent a quarter century working for the ACLU.

RedState Morning Briefing
For January 3, 2012

Good Morning From Iowa.

Objectively on the ground here, it is doggone cold. Also, it seems the Santorum surge has ended, or at least stalled. On CNN last night, Mary Matalin noted that a number of people unconnected to campaigns say the surge is stalled out.

EEOC: High school diploma requirement might violate Americans with Disabilities Act By Dave Boyer
Excerpt: Employers are facing more uncertainty in the wake of a letter from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission warning them that requiring a high school diploma from a job applicant might violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. The development also has some wondering whether the agency’s advice will result in an educational backlash by creating less of an incentive for some high school students to graduate. (So, does requiring a pilot's license to fly a plane or a driver's license to drive a car not thus show discrimination? Come the revolution, bureaucrats will be dangling from lamp posts, I fear. ~Bob.)

2012 - The Year the Can Kicks Back
Excerpt: Obama needs to understand that it is not the “color of his skin” that causes problems with the American people, but, rather, the “content of his character”, that leads him to disrespect the first principles that have made this the greatest nation on this earth, that causes the push-back from many Americans. No other President in American history has been so determined to avoid pressing issues, to delay until tomorrow the unpleasant, and heap the costs and bills to be paid on the next generation--all because Obama is not able to summon the leadership required.

U-T Person of the Year: The U.S. Marine
Excerpt: Today, the U-T launches a new tradition. Each Jan. 1, we will honor the Person of the Year, an individual or category of individuals with San Diego ties. We can think of no better way to begin this tradition than by selecting as our first winner the Marine. Since Sept. 11, 2001, America has relied on the Marine to keep us safe from terror at home and to take the fight to our enemies abroad, a task our Marines have handled with immense courage, professionalism and honor. (Really? Since Sept. 11, 2001? And all this time I mistakenly thought it was from November 10, 1775. --MasterGuns)
